I requested a custom engagement ring based on some designs that we liked and the results turned out better than we could have imagined!      I wanted my long strand of fresh-water multi-colored pearls (a gift) to be made into a shorter one with earrings.  Went to two other jewelers first,   one said earrings couldn’t be done, the next could make a stud earring set, but this jeweler said anything I wanted could be made.      So I’ve had three rings custom made by A&A jewelers. The first two were just want I wanted and so when I had an idea for the third ring I knew   that I had to come here again. I went into the store with three different rings that I wanted to turn into one and had no idea what to expect. I knew   the stones I wanted but other than that I had no visions, no thoughts on how it would look, literally the entire creative process was in their hands.   They made a sketch, we settled on a price which worked for both parties, and I gave my approval and I left.      My late mothers ring was missing a “moissanite” stone. So, I went to a local big box jeweler, with two other rings for resizing (I have warranties on   these two other rings, hence the decision to get my mothers ring repaired there as well). I was informed that not only was my mothers ring sent back   WITHOUT repair, because “they don’t work with moissanite”, but it was in the store for over a week!!! I was not happy. So, I called A&A Jewelers. Not   only did they say they would help, but Alex still provided services after hours!!! To clarify, the store was closed & I was still provided services!! That is   awesome in itself! Alex replaced the stone, which is diamond, not(!) moissanite(!!) right there in the store!      Went to A&A 5 days before my wedding in the worst jam a groom could be in. Another jewlery company had promised me a ring went to pick it up   they didnt have it and wanted too give me a ceremonnial ring to use. Went to A&A told him the predictument I was in he asked me what ring i   wanted I showed him. He said "he didnt have my size but that wasnt a problem" his worker stayed late that night to make the mold. The ring was   done on thursday night.
